I've been suffering from both forms of insomnia, falling asleep and staying asleep for more than 10 years. Menopause was the start of this issue, and has left me to waste plenty of money on OTC that did nothing. Medications that left me like a zombie the next day. I've never quit trying to find something that worked, due to my desperation. Finding this product has improved my life significantly. I can be very crappy when sleep deficient, no matter how hard I try not to be. I slept thru the first night when taking one of this packets. I was somewhat tired thru the morning, but not like a zombie, I could function. Next day I tried a half packet, but nothing happened for an hour or so. I decided to use the rest of the packet, and that helped. Third day I took the entire pocket several hours befor my regular bed time as I wanted to be alert when I woke up. This did work, but need to prepare that I have everything done before taking this. Fourth night took entire packet a bit later than I liked, but taking earlier is not going to be an option. I will say my slleep hasn't been as sound as the first night, however with falling asleep being a 100% better, and staying asleep approx 75% better, this blows any other productout of the water. I have ordered in bulk for my next order. I'm looking forward to being able to sleep again.
