Shipping Methods and Costs

At TrySprinkle.com, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. During checkout, you'll be prompted to select a shipping method for your products. All shipping and handling charges, as specified during the ordering process, are your responsibility. Shipping costs depend on the products in your order and the selected shipping method. Total shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout before you complete your order.

We process and ship orders within 48 hours after payment has cleared. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays). Orders placed during promotions or on holidays will require additional processing time. Note that we do not ship on national holidays.

For orders shipped within the United States, you may have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (e.g., Ground, Third Day, Second Day, or Overnight Service).

Emails About Your Order

After placing an order, youll receive email updates regarding your purchase. Below are examples of the emails you might receive:

              Order Confirmation: This email confirms weve received your order and includes your order number. Keep it for your records.

              Shipment Confirmation: This email confirms your order (or part of it) has shipped. You may receive multiple emails if your order includes multiple products or if items ship separately. Delivery time depends on the shipping method, selected products, and your location.

              Important Notices About Your Order: You might receive this email for reasons such as difficulty processing your order, an issue with the shipping address, a duplicate order, or order cancellation. Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately at our warehouse and generally appear on our website with your order details. Orders may be delivered by different carriers and shipping methods, so tracking availability may vary based on the product, shipping method, and carrier.

              Check your email: Order updates, including tracking information, are sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

              Visit our website: Sign in to view your order history at trysprinkle.com anytime. If you created an account, you can access details of both current and past orders, including tracking information.

Order Status vs. Tracking Information

              Order Status: This reflects the progress of your order from the time it's placed to when it ships from our warehouse.

              Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, the carrier (e.g., FedEx or USPS) provides tracking details that allow you to monitor its journey. Tracking information is typically available through your order history on our website.
