Refund Policy

At Sprinkle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order (e.g., damaged packages or missing items), please contact us within the timeframes below and we’ll make it right.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Store Credit Only)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we’ll issue a Sprinkle store credit equal to the product purchase price (excluding shipping and discounts). Store credit can be used on future purchases at trysprinkle.com. No cash refunds.

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • Product must be purchased directly from trysprinkle.com.
  • Limit one credit redemption per household per product type.
  • Shipping costs, promotional items, and free gifts are not eligible for credit.

To request your credit, email support@trysprinkle.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

Sprinkle does not accept physical returns or exchanges, except for carrier-returned deliveries due to insufficient address details or damage incurred during transit. Resolutions are provided as replacement shipments or store credit per the policies below. No cash refunds.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once placed. For subscriptions, customers can manage, pause, or cancel anytime via the self-service account portal. If you need help accessing your portal, contact support@trysprinkle.com.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and contents.

  • Replacement: We will replace the order when damage affects more than three individual packets.
  • Store Credit: If damage affects three or fewer packets, we’ll issue store credit equivalent to the value of the affected packets.

Note: We do not resend single loose packets.

Missing Deliveries

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow up to 24 hours as it may still arrive. If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours:

  • Verify the shipping address and check with household members/neighbors.
  • Check for a delivery notice and/or contact the carrier (e.g., USPS) with your tracking number.
  • Then email support@trysprinkle.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.

Resolution: After our review, we’ll provide a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds.
