    Sweet Sleep at last

    I received a free sample of the sleep with my order and tried it. I mixed it into a glass of water and within 10 minutes I felt the sweet signs of sleep come upon me. I have suffered for years with insomnia and refuse to use pharmaceuticals to help because of addiction. With this I fall asleep and actually sleep all night.     Deffinately works

    My husband tried this last night because we got a sample of it with our order of bulk. He usually had a very hard time going or even staying asleep, but last night he was able to sleep for a solid 8 hours and that was after surgery about 3 days ago. That was very impressive to me, and he didn't wake up groggy like he does if he takes melatonin. Deffinately worth it if you need help with sleep
