Sprinkle Chamomile Dream Tea for a Restful Night
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 1 tsp agave syrup or honey
- 1 packet Sprinkle SLEEP (5 mg THC, 3 mg melatonin)
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
- Steep chamomile tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Stir in agave syrup and Sprinkle SLEEP.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and sip before bed.
