Sprinkle Lavender Honey Tonic for Bedside Calm
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp dried lavender (optional)
- 1 packet Sprinkle SLEEP (5 mg THC, 3 mg melatonin)
- Lemon wedge for garnish
- Steep dried lavender in warm water for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in honey and Sprinkle SLEEP.
- Strain, add a lemon wedge, and enjoy for a restful night's sleep.
